Jair Lucas

Jair Lucas our Chef, a native of Acapulco Guerrero, who arrived in Los Cabos in 1997 to work at The Westing Regina Hotel as a cook,   Then he was given the opportunity to work at the Hotel Esperanza, as a cook in the main kitchen where he reinforced his knowledge at a young age.

In 2007 he started working at Casianos Restaurant to continue his career Now with the opportunity as Chef, and also entering the branch of the elaboration of Catering in villas, events, weddings and attention to personalities. Giving you the opportunity to participate in the G-20 summit by cooking for presidents and presidents. And now fully prepared and with a passion for cooking, he decides to begin this new stage and become independent to put into practice all his passion and perfection learned from his mentor Casiano Reyes.
